Image of Stephen P Herbert

Mr. Herbert was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of USA Technologies in December 2011 after serving as interim Chairman and CEO since October 2011. Mr. Herbert has served on the USA Technologies Board of Directors since April 1996, when he first joined the company.  As USA Technologies' President and Chief Operating Officer from 1999-2011, Mr. Herbert oversaw all operations of the company, including network operations, sales, marketing, research and development and manufacturing.  Prior to joining USA Technologies and since 1986, Mr. Herbert was employed by The Pepsi-Cola Company, the beverage division of PepsiCo, Inc., where he held several management positions in operations, sales and marketing. In his latest assignment at PepsiCo, Inc., Mr. Herbert was responsible for the development of market strategy for the vending and retail channels for Pepsi-Cola in North America.  Mr. Herbert graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University.

Image of Priyanka Singh

Ms. Singh joined USA Technologies in March, 2017.  Ms. Singh brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience to the position, including five years in the payments industry. She joins the company from Global Payments Inc., a leading worldwide provider of payment technology solutions. Following the acquisition by Global Payments of Heartland Payment Systems in 2016, Ms. Singh was Vice President, Product Strategy and Innovation and Division CFO for Heartland Commerce, which focuses on point of sale solutions. Prior to the acquisition, she spent five years at Heartland Payment Systems, most recently as the Divisional CFO of the Heartland Commerce units and prior thereto as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. Previous to that, she spent several years with General Electric in various leadership roles at both GE Capital and GE Healthcare, focusing on financial planning and analysis, accounting, controllership, internal auditing and SOX compliance. Ms. Singh is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Image of Michael K. Lawlor

Mr. Lawlor is USA technologies’ chief services officer, overseeing the ePort® Connect Service, as well as managing the national strategic partnerships specifically related to the delivery of USA Technology’s expanded suite of electronic payment services. Previously, he was the company’s senior vice president of sales and business development, creating innovative sales programs, national partnerships and working across functions within the company to provide the technology solutions which help drive growth and ensure the company’s leadership position in the self-service retail market. 

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lawlor worked for Pepsi Cola Co., a division of PepsiCo, where he managed retail, restaurant and vending business sectors with regional and national positions that spanned several functions including sales, operations, and sales management in the Dallas and Houston, Texas markets. He was also National Accounts Sales Manager for the Pepsi Cola national food service team, responsible for corporate and franchise relationships with multiple national restaurant chains. Mr. Lawlor graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Texas Arlington in 1986. 

Tom Jones is responsible for leading the sales organization at USA Technologies. USAT’s Inside Sales, Regional Accounts, and National Strategic Account teams report into him. The teams are well aligned to provide maximum coverage and support for the rapidly growing customer base. With over 25 years of direct sales success and executive sales leadership experience from world class technology companies like SAP and Oracle, Tom’s skill set is an ideal fit to assist the USAT Sales Organization as they scale with global opportunity while ensuring that the team continues to delight customers with every interaction. Tom holds undergraduate degrees in Food Marketing as well as an MBA in Information Systems from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. 

Image of Maeve McKenna Duska

Since re-joining USA Technologies in 2004, Maeve McKenna Duska has held a series of leadership positions. In her current role as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development, Maeve is responsible for business, industry and marketing strategy for the multi-national company.  Previously, Maeve served as SVP Sales and Marketing, and was responsible for developing a comprehensive growth plan and driving the marketing, regional, inside and national sales teams to execute against corporate growth and revenue objectives. Other roles at USAT included VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing and Brand Manager. Prior to her tenure at USAT, Ms. Duska served as Marketing Manager in the Higher Education division at Aramark, responsible for developing, supporting and executing the marketing and communications strategy for high-visibility accounts including the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Delaware and St. Joseph's University. Early in her career she served on the communications team for VerticalNet and as Marketing Communications Manager for USA Technologies through its acquisition of Stitch Networks, a cashless payments and M2M telemetry services provider. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Rosemont College.

George Harrum is responsible for managing the performance and functionality of USA Technologies’ ePort Connect network services including customer service.  In addition, Mr. Harrum manages all aspects of product fulfillment, contract manufacturing and third party hardware relationships for USA Technologies.  Prior to joining USA Technologies in April 2001, Mr. Harrum had been employed for 19 years by Danyl/Schlumberger, a software and product management company with a focus on stored value devices for campus systems installed on vending, copier, laundry and other unattended kiosks that traditionally accepted cash. While at Danyl/Schlumberger, Mr. Harrum held various positions including software developer, systems analyst, product manager and programming manager. Mr. Harrum has also held positions related to the installation and development of business software. He received his Associates Degree in Accounting from Camden County College, attended Temple University for software engineering courses and received a software engineering certificate from Trinity College.

Image of Denis Kouznetsov

Denis Kouznetsov is Vice President of Engineering responsible for overseeing product development for all ePort Connect network services, Value-Added Services, Quick Connect, ePort product lines and other devices. Mr. Kouznetsov joined the company in 2003, having held various engineering positions at consulting firms and oil companies including Akcelerant Infrastructure Solutions in the US, Rostov-Don-Oil and Gandalf in Russia. In his role as Vice President, Mr. Kouznetsov is responsible for all aspects of product development including concept, requirement gathering, design, engineering implementation and maintenance. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Mathematics from Southern Federal University in Russia, attended West Chester University in West Chester, PA for Master’s Degree Computer Science courses and received software development, network engineering, database administration and security certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point and SonicWALL.
